Skagit Valley College Fall ‘19 applicants

Hello!

I didn’t see a thread for people apply for fall entry at the Mt. Vernon campus, so I thought I’d make one!

Is anyone also applying/ already applied? I’m mailing my application in tomorrow, and I’m getting nervous!

I have 147.3/160 points, which I feel like is decent, but definitely not guaranteed. How many points did you get/ what have you heard about how much it takes?

Hi CamCW! I applied a few weeks ago and am also waiting for a response. I think I'm sitting at 148 points, which I've been told is enough to get in, but it really just depends on who is applying this quarter.

I only applied to Skagit for fall, did you apply anywhere else?

Thanks for your reply. It makes me feel a little bit less nervous knowing that you’ve heard that around a 148 can get in! Although you’re right, you never know what the scores will be each quarter. I only applied to Skagit as well, but I took most of my prereqs in Bellingham at Whatcom and BTC, so I don’t really know any of the other applicants which is why I was curious and made this post.

Hey CamCW, I heard the lowest that got in this time was a 140.7. I miscalculated and only had 138 so I didn't make it. Congrats!
