I can totally understand where you are coming from regarding non- minority's perception of how a AA male student can be perceived. I am Caribbean and was married to a black Caribbean male and we went through the RN program together. He believed that his female white teachers always believed that he was challenging them, even when he was not. An AA male can be looked as being intimading n more knowledgable than the AA female. Hold your head up and don't focus too much on race. Try to make friends with every race and focus on passing and completing the program successfully. 👀
