Should I take pharm in the summer or fall?

Published

Hey I all.

I picked up pharm for the summer but now I'm debating on it. A friend of mine said she was able to take the exams online. But I guess my school changed it because if we take it in the summer, we now have to take he exams every Monday at the school.

My friend said that's the downside, because you can't use your notes or google a question if you really, truly, need to.

In the fall, I'm taking homeostatic concepts first 8 weeks and protective concepts the second 8 weeks. They're giving us the option to take patho in second or third semester, same for pharm (or this summer). I'm taking patho in 3rd semester so that I can study a little bit of it prior to taking the class.

I'm debating if I should pick pharm up for the fall instead now. I'm scared that I might do bad on the exams because I feel that I might fail and since I have the opportunity of using notes when available, I'd like to use them for a question I may be stuck on. Then again, I don't want a lot on my plate for the fall. Summer is fast paced! So that worries me

What would you recommend based off your experience in pharm class? Or what advice can you give me and I can decide from that? All is appreciated. Please don't be rude or smarta** about this. Im striving for As if not, at least Bs. I take school seriously and I hope everyone understands my concern here and is nice about it.

Thank you
