Should I Apply to More Than 2 Programs?

I am applying to two LVN to RN programs in the Spring. One is in my town the other is an hour away. I'm wondering if I should apply to more. The only problem is the rest are 2 or more hours away. The next closest one that is an hour away I'd have to take more pre-reqs & I wouldn't be able to apply for this admission period. So what do I do? Just apply to those two?

I would apply to both programs, we are in a similiar situation. One program is in my hometown but requires me to take a cna class before applying. I have meet all requirements for the second program but I have to wait until December to see if I get in. I feel that there should be a backup plan in place to make the odds more in our favor. Good Luck!!

Thank you. I want to apply to as many as possible to have back ups for the back ups. Lol. But it seems I will only be applying to those two. I don't want to take more classes than I need to. I would if I were going to apply to the third college that is an hour away. Good luck to you too!
