Senior Honors Nursing Research Project

Hello everyone!

I'm a junior currently at the university I attend and a part of the honors college. As a part of the honors college, we have to do an in depth nursing research project. It can be absolutely anything. I am really interested in pediatrics, neonatal, and mental health. I'm willing to do a project on anything though. I'm really struggling brainstorming ideas that are realistically possible with the minimal resources and experiences I have so far. I've come up with three ideas:

1. Ethical Exploration: Do a survey on ethical dilemmas, gather results, do further research, etc. Write an in depth paper or create video about findings.

2. Study Abroad: Compare healthcare system/role of nurse between my country and another. I just don't know if I have the fiscal capability and time to do this.

3. College Health Needs: Survey college students about perceived needs, work with health center, do personal interviews, provide an intervention if possible, gather results. Create paper or video about findings.
