Seminole State College Nursing program

Published

Im really starting to feel discouraged. So the school i planned on applying for has a GPA requirement of 2.5 and a TEAS score of 78 (taking on Thursday). I currently sit at a 2.6 GPA and have not taken TEAS yet but when i spoke to the nursing program advisor she advised that no one has been been accepted with a GPA below 3.0 in a few years. What do i do?

I thought about retaking classes but the schools here do not allow you retake them if you got a passing grade.

Someone help with what i can do please?

SN: I have met one person in the program and she got in with a low GPA as well

SSC has a minimum TEAS of 79 I believe

I heard fall isn't as competitive. Maybe just study really hard to get an A on the TEAS and then apply, if you don't get in then work on your gpa?

Is that your pre req GPA or cumulative? And are you going for generic or Concurrent?
