Seeking Florida SRNA Advice

Published

Hey Fellow nurses,

I am looking to apply to different CRNA programs either in 2019 or 2020 in Florida. I was hoping I could get some insider info from current SRNAs (or recent graduates) regarding which school you are in, how is the environment at the program? How invested are the faculty in your success? What types of cases are you taking in your clinicals (are you taking cardiac pts? neuro pts? Pregnant etc)? How are the clinicals set up? Are you rotating between hospitals locally or are you moving around the state for clinicals (I think Barry does this?)? What are the strengths and weaknesses of the program, and what do you wish you knew about the program before you started?

Really, any advice is welcome and appreciated. I know I'm asking a lot of questions here, but I'm ultimately just looking to get some honest and recent feedback on different programs in Florida.

Thank you for your time and wishing you all a happy career to come =)
