Second Interview after Panel Interview?!

Hi everyone--

I would really appreciate any advice or similiar experiences you've had on this situation.

Here's the story: I had a panel interview for my dream hospital about 2 weeks ago-- it consisted of 2 nurse managers on the floor I applied to (MS), and the nurse recruiter. They told me they'd call me in two weeks with the results, and I'd been very VERY anxious awaiting their call. Long story short, I thought they'd give me a "yay" or "nay", instead one of the nurse managers who interviewed me asked me in for a second interview saying it was with another nurse manager, along with staff from the MS floor. I'm freaking out because I'm wondering what this second interview is all about, and more importantly, what it would consist of? The first interview was typical-- mostly behavioural questions, and 2 or 3 clinical ones..

To get this position would be a dream, infact [not to be corny] but would be the happiest news of my life. But I'm floored on what else they would ask, or how I should prepare.

Thanks in advance for your advice :o
