Hello,
As someone with an English degree, I am wondering what it takes to go back to school to become a NP or Nurse Anesthetist? I found a few schools that offer programs to folks without science backgrounds, like the Univ. of Rochester, Johns Hopkins U, Penn U, etc. and was wondering if anyone had any experience with these programs?
They are expensive and seem to be fairly time consuming (albeit faster than going back for a BsN and going from there) so I was wondering if anyone on here took this path and has any insights or suggestions on the best way to do it. Please feel free to ask any clarifying questions. Links below show the Rochester and JHU programs for reference.
Thanks!
