INFO: Applications for this cycle were due in December 2022 for a June 2023 start date

I applied last year and found this forum to be really useful. Hopefully this forum will be useful to someone this year.

This is my second year applying after being waitlisted last cycle. I was able to have a meeting with the admissions counselor who told me what I needed to improve to have a better chance at getting in this year. I have an interview coming up for the psych track and I am hopeful that the interview will go well. I am mildly optimistic.

Hello Everyone, 

I just wanted to update you that I did my interview today and OMG I was so nervous. I don't know how I did but they said they are trying to release acceptances earlier than usual. They said they are shooting for February 20th. I hope I get in. This is the only program I applied to. ????. The wait begins all over again.

Congratulations to you! Finishing an interview is a huge accomplishment. Hopefully you can take some time to celebrate before you start to feel nervous again. 

I know how you feel though, I only applied to SU as well and am feeling extremely nervous myself. Good luck to us both.

Any tips for the interview?

For me the interview I was not sure about to be honest. And the fact that I was the first person to get interviewed I don't know if I was scored harshly or lightly. But Dr Oz said from my specialty in APNI they are only talking 5-6 people which is Berber wrecking for me because I only applied to SU.

I am still waiting to hear back. I haven't got anything yet. I feel like crying, but it out of my hands at this time anyway so yeah.

Hello Alfie, 

I haven't seen anything come in but also it is only 8am but it is a holiday so I don't know how this is going to work. I hope they we both get something today. I have been nervous all weekend since people started getting accepted and I have not seen anything on my end yet.
