Seattle Children's RN Residency November 2025

Hey guys! I am trying to apply to this cohort, but I only see ICU positions listed, such as PICU, NICU, CICU, and also PMBU. But none of the units that are in the application description are in the actual application. Is that the same for everybody else?

That's so weird because the application was there, but it literally disappeared, and now the link says "job filled" but it's not even the right units. I'm so confused, and theres nobody to contact.

Maybe it will open a little later today... this is for the August 21st-23rd application dates, right?

Yes, this is for the August 21st-23rd application date! The application was posted earlier this morning because I was applying when I made this post, but now it's gone... I didn't complete my application just yet because I didn't want the ICUs and wanted the other floors in the description, but they weren't even listed in the actual application

I'm hoping HR is figuring it out and they'll reopen later! I did see they do rolling admissions... but I can't imagine they already closed applications this early into the morning.

Hey all! I submitted my app earlier too and did notice that weird glitch. What departments are you guys hoping to get into?

I was hoping to get into the acute care units, which weren't listed. Which ones did you apply for?

Awesome, I want to get into one of the acute care units as well, but put the CICU as my second option to see and test my luck LOL

That's a good choice! I'm just not sure what will happen moving forward or if they'll put out another application 😞

Yea I think they will, should be by today. How early did you apply earlier? I saw the application at 3am and just went ahead and applied

I saw the application around 2 am and started to apply & stopped at the unit selection part because I was so confused and was giving it time to maybe change & constantly refreshing, but no changes happened LOL so it just disappeared sadly this morning
