I just submitted my application as well...that application was never ending!! I was also wondering if anyone had any info on Scripps new grad training program?? I am trying to relocate to San Diego from NY if all goes as planned, so I am keeping my fingers crossed! Let's try to post here with updates..good luck to all!! :)
kfeastRN,
I applied to the last Scripps new grad and from my understanding, if you application meets their requirements, the status will change to application under review and they will send you an email for an interview date. If your application does not meet their requirements, it will change to no longer under consideration. The usually do all the interviews in person and give you a selected date and time. I managed to get past the first stage of the process but was not able to attend the interview. I am hoping I can make it past the first stage again and get another interview! Good luck to you!
sesliski, I'm just curious how far in advance you were notified about the interview? (congrats on that!!) Coming from out of state, a last minute flight to cali can get pretty expensive. also, what specialites do they offer in their training program--I've applied to a few new grad rn programs, and all but scripps asked for a specialty preference.
oopsiedaise--i had the additional assessments as well!

Hey all,
Its that time of year again for new grad programs! I just submitted my application to them this morning. Has anyone worked for Scripps in the past? How do they rank with the rest of the hospitals in the area. My wife and I are hoping to relocate to San Diego this summer if all goes as planned. I understand the job market out there is pretty lousy, but everywhere is. I wish everyone luck on their applications!
