screening for depression in PP patients

Does anyone use a screening tool to help identify those patients at a higher risk for PP depression, and if you do, can you share it with me? I am trying to develop some type of early-intervention/screening that we as nurses can do to help identify at-risk patients that we otherwise might miss.

I have the EPDS and the PDSS but I am not having much luck finding something specific to the freshly delivered mom. My idea is to implement the screen sometime at or after 24h post delivery, while mom is still in hospital and social work is accessible to start an early intervention.

I am doing this on my own, and want to submit it as a proposal to management after I have all my ducks in a row.
