Moreno Valley College is a public community college located in the town of Moreno Valley, California. The college has been an integral part of the Riverside Community College District and the wider California Community Colleges System since its founding. In October 1985, Moreno Valley College received a generous donation of 112 acres of land from the Robert P. Warmington Company. This donation increased the demand for properties the company planned to construct in the area. Additionally, RCCD acquired an additional 20 acres in 1989. Construction on the Moreno Valley College campus began around the same time.

Students enrolled in this program will learn to administer medications, assist with exam preparations, record patient vitals, take vital signs, and conduct routine diagnostic procedures under the supervision of a physician. The program covers the fundamentals of anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, ethics, patient psychology, running a medical office efficiently, and conducting clinical and diagnostic exams, tests, and treatments.
