schools in VA??

Hey all you heroes out there! I have a question: I live in Virginia (about 25 miles north of Richmond) and I'd like to get into nursing school. However, I was looking for a hospital (or medical center) that would pay for me to get my RN if I agreed to work for that establishment. I'm temporarily disabled and I figured now is the best time to get educated in something that I think I would enjoy doing (taking care of people). So if anyone knows of a college or school or hospital around my area (Richmond) that offers to put people through school, let me know!! Thanks guys!!!
