Schools in Florida?

Published

So I am currently a Community College student, looking to transfer fall of 2012. Does anyone know of a well respected school in Florida? I want to be able to study in the warm weather and lay out in the sun and possibly impress some nice girls with my pre-med knowledge on the beach ;D bahahahaha. Just kidding, but anyways, right now its either Elmhurst College (I don't want to go because its such a small school), UIC, or NIU. UIC is my #1 choice at the moment, but if I could go to a Florida college, I would love it. If anyone has any advice, I would really enjoy it!

-ALSO, does anyone know of any scholarships for students going into Nursing school??? I know a few.

-One more thing, besides Florida, what are some other colleges that are highly recognizable in the Nursing industry? I want to explore my options before I decide on one school.

FSU!! GO NOLES! I'm graduating next week, so I'm a little biased....however, the closest beach is like 45 minutes away.

UNF in Jacksonville has a good program (and a good beach). USF (tampa) and UF also. There's a lot of great nursing programs in Florida.

Scholarship wise...I received a lot of information when I was accepted into the FSU program. The nursing advisors at your school are usually a big help.

Have a look at this link:

These are a list of graduate programs nationally, not Associates or Bachelors, but you can assume that a school with a good ranking for their Masters programs will have quite a decent undergrad program as well.
