Hello! This is my first post here, so I am sorry if this is in the wrong place! I am about to apply for nursing school and wanted to get a career in healthcare to get some experience while I am a student, so I applied to be a PCT with BayCare and they told me I needed to complete a Nursing Fundamentals class first, which I should be able to do in my first semester of nursing school at St. Petersburg College, the college I'm attending for nursing. However, I have looked ahead into the nursing classes offered at SPC and there seems to be no "nursing fundamentals" class, just things like "Professional Nursing" "Health Concepts" etc. Is "nursing fundamentals" an actual class or is it a generalized thing...? I wanted to re-apply for this job once I completed this nursing fundamentals class but I can't actually figure out what it is, or if my school just has another name for it. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!!
