The Stein Family Scholarship Fund was established to provide scholarships for students from West Hawaii who seek education in Arts or Healthcare.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Attend an accredited, two or four year, not-for-profit institution within the US (including US territories)
  • Attend as a full-time student (as determined by your school’s financial aid office)
  • Resident from the West Hawaii county in the State of Hawaii
  • Undergraduate or Graduate student
  • Study in the fields of arts or healthcare including but not limited to:
    • Art - theatre, performing arts, journalism, writing, film
    • Healthcare - nursing, general medicine, pharmacy, emergency medicine, midwifery
  • Minimum 2.7 GPA
  • Preference is given to students who are the first in their family to graduate from college (first-generation students)
