Paulina L. Sorg Scholarship
From Hawaii Community Foundation
This scholarship was established from the Trust of Paulina Sorg for students studying Nursing or Physical Therapy. Ms. Sorg formerly worked at the Department of Health in the Bureau of Crippled Children and Maternal and Child Health. Her dedication to the patients she served in life continues on through this scholarship.

Attend an accredited, two or four year, not-for-profit institution within the US (including US territories)

Attend as a full-time student (as determined by your school’s financial aid office)

Amount
Approximately $1,000 annually, non-renewable. Students may reapply each year. The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $3,000.
