The Oncology Nursing Society Foundation (ONS) provides scholarships to individuals who are interested in and committed to oncology nursing and pursuing a Nursing doctorate (PhD, DNP, DNSc).

Eligibility/Requirements (not all-inclusive)

  • The candidate must be currently enrolled in (or applying to) a research PhD, DNSc or clinical DNP nursing degree program for the 2021-2022 academic year (starting fall 2021)
  • The candidate must have a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse and must have an interest in and commitment to oncology nursing
  • Two professional letters of support

Scholarship Amount

  • $5,000 (minimum)
  • $7,500 (maximum)
  • State Nationwide
  • Deadline 01/31/2021
