The Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation offers the Gustavus B. Capito scholarship to assist students pursuing a nursing education at a College or University that has an accredited nursing program.

Requirements (not all-inclusive)

  • U.S. students who are residents of West Virginia
  • Full-time nursing students at a West Virginia college or university with an accredited nursing program
  • GPA: 2.5 or higher
  • ACT score of 20 or higher
  • Financial need analysis is required
