This award is available for U.S. female high school seniors and adult students who are entering their freshman year of college and majoring in a health-related field.

Requirements/Eligibility (not all-inclusive)

  • Resident of one of the following Connecticut cities for the past four years:
    • Cheshire
    • Naugatuck
    • Prospect
    • Waterbury
    • Watertown
    • Woodbury
  • Attend an accredited college or university in New York, the New England states, or Israel
  • Major in a health-related field
  • Official Transcript
  • Recommendation letter
  • Essay
  • FAFSA
  • Grade point average of 2.75 (B-) or higher
  • State Connecticut
  • Deadline 03/15/2021
  • Amount $2,000
