The Ahlswell Scholarship was created in 2014 by Gary and Deb Fisher Ahl in honor and beloved memory of Deb Fisher Ahl’s ancestors and other members of the Fisher family from Gosper County and Furnas County, Nebraska.

Eligibility (not all-inclusive)

  • Graduating senior or former graduate of Arapahoe High School
  • Pursuing a major in education, health care, agriculture, construction or related trades
  • Planning to attend full-time at a 2 or 4-year college in Nebraska
  • Maintained a 2.5 GPA or higher
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • High school or college transcript
  • First page of FAFSA report
  • State Nebraska
  • Deadline 03/15/2021
  • Amount $800
  • Requirements 2.50
