Has anyone come across a University that offers a full merit-based scholarship for those wanting to enter nursing education? I finished my BSN with a 4.0 and am hoping to use that to my advantage and not go further into debt. There are so many little scholarships, each with their own stipulations and restrictions- it's overwhelming to comb through them all. I want to swing for the fences and apply to schools that might offer a full ride.
Background: LPN 18 years, RN 2.5 years, Full-time ER nurse, father of 5.
Recently interviewed to teach at an LPN school... fingers crossed.
