Scheduling CBT test for NMC

I received an email from the NMC about 2 or 3 weeks ago saying that I am eligible to register and that I should get an email from Pearson Vue to arrange my test. But I have not received any further instruction from Pearson Vue:(

I tried to go on Pearson Vue's website to try to schedule online and it says I need a NMC Candidate ID but I have looked everywhere and don't have one. Is the candidate ID something that Pearson Vue will email me? Is this just taking long because of the coronavirus or should I have gotten further info from them already? I have tried calling pearson vue but no luck. If anyone has gone through this before, any info? Thanks in advance!
