Congratulations Girl!!! :bowingpurIm so happy for you. I havent gotten mine yet. Im patiently waiting. The lady called me last week to tell me that they were reviewing my package and that I would know something either last week or this week so I hope I see something good tomorrow in the mailbox. Maybe it takes longer to get to Ansonia:idea:... I applied for the evening program... What did you apply for? Also, did you finish your Anat and phys I and II already? Was the acceptance letter envelope as thin as the one that came with the letter that acknowledged receipt of the application materials?

Its coming girl. Just think positive. I am going to sign up for the full day program. I have already completed my Anatomy and Phys I & II as well as Microbiology. I can not wait to get started. The next few months will be so tough.

The envelope was a regular letter size envelope and was only two sheets thin. I almost jumped out of my skin when I saw that skinny envelope.

Well I got a letter today about applying for financial aid and that the sooner I apply the sooner they can send the Financial Aid award letter to me. Does that mean that my acceptance letter is in the mail? Did you get that already? I was too scared to open the envelope today when I got it so I was trying to see through the envelope.... while I was driving.. I almost ran head on into another car... All for BHSN..lol But I opened it and to my surprise it was a letter about financial aid. Im going to call on monday to see if the letter should have gotten to me already or not. I'll keep you posted.:bugeyes:

Okay, I am laughing my head off right now because I kept saying last week what if that happened to me. Let's just say that they put the financial aid info in your acceptance envelope. So for right now I am going to say congratulations to you :D. "You're gonna be a nurse, You're gonna be a nurse"

I didn't get a financial aid letter yet but my acceptance letter did say that I would be receiving that in a few days.

Can you believe they sent my letter to someone else... I still haven't gotten it. I called the school today and Yolanda said that they sent my letter out on the 26th. So she faxed it to me today. I was so happy!!!:yeah: I took the letter we have to sign up there personally around 4 today. But I have to pay the hold fee tomorrow. No one was available in the financial aid office to take my card payment. Did you send yours in already?

I guess we will be meeting sooner than later... Yay!!!:nurse:

LOL!!! Welcome, to the world of nursing. Are you ready? I am so ready. I can not wait. I love the summer months but I know this year I am going to be rushing them away. OMG I can't wait. I can't wait!!!!!!

I was going to go back up there to pay my fee today also but Im just going to call them and give them my card number. I can't wait either!!! I can't wait until they send the packet so we could get more info. That's supposed to be sent out in the spring... We'll see. Im going to fill out my fafsa today.

HI Future,

Congrats on getting in to BHSN. I am new here and have talked to admissions on what is required. The website listed requirements it only had like english, chem. I know A&P I and II should be there but are those pre or co requisites? I will apply once I finish being an LPN. What path did you take to get in? Did you do all your gen eds and if so what were they? I know BHSN doesn't require math like other community colleges but until I get their info package, thought I'd ask here. I would PM you but I still don't have that feature.

congrats 2bnurse!!! wow they sent your letter to someone else lol. I am very very happy for you. It will take me some time (my gpa in highschool is ok) so I think I should try to give them 4.0 gpa's in my LPN and regular college when I'm done w/ those. But I hope to be part of BHSN I would say 2011 :).
