Saying yes to Elac or trying again? please advice.

I'm sure many in California know how competitive and hard it is to get a spot so I really need advice. I was recently invited to an application review at ElAC's nursing program in California (any prior alumni or current students please help) and after doing some research, I have found mainly negative reviews. I even was able to find a prior student that went there  from an all nurse's post and reached out to them. They proceeded to tell me that the program is very disorganized, tends to overlap exams, they don't get good clinical placements and that the program was put on probation a couple years ago because they weren't getting high enough NCLEX passing score. I looked on the ca NCLEX score website and saw that for a couple years their pass rates were in the 70s and then last year it was in the 80s and then this year they got 100. However the number of students who took it went down from the 50s to 20s so I started doing some research about attrition  rate and I saw a lot of comments from prior students saying that a lot of students had dropped it midway just to how disorganized it was, to how Much bullying they were getting from the staff and how they weren't getting much support . Reading about this has made me really nervous and is making me feel anxious to accept their offer because I want to be able to go to a program that is going to support me and prepare me to pass the NCLEX and at least offer me good clinical placements.  I know I will learn to be a nurse on the job and that every person will have a different experience in each program. I also know that I will have to work hard and be diligent to whatever program I go to but I want to be in a program that is going to set me up to succeed. I know every nursing program has their own challenges, but the idea of declining my seat there n reapplying again with the chance of probably getting in or probably not getting in, is very risky especially in California. I have applied to nursing schools since December of last year and I've managed to get onto waitlist, but it wasn't until this month that finally one of the programs invited me in for an interview.  If I were to decline, I would have to reapply again not knowing if I would get in. I'm sure that there is a small chance that I might get accepted, especially cause I'm planning on retaking my tea since I already maxed out my points in all other areas, but I'm just nervous because that would mean waiting more time and maybe or maybe not getting a  chance. For those of you that are already in a nursing program given the situation, Would you guys still take it and say yes to this program or would you guys wait to try again? The student told me that it will be a lot of self teaching since supposedly the teachers are not very helpful and just give you slides with pictures from the book which to me isn't ideal but  I had to teach myself a lot for Microbiology and physiology and I ended up passing with an a, but it just scares me because this is a whole new Material and form of thinking ( ik any other nursing program I will have to teach myself stuff and work hard and that's okay. I'm not asking for an easy ride but rather an environment and school that will support me and give me the tools I need to succeed.) just really nervous because let's say I do say yes and the program isn't good like the other review said, dropping from the program would make me ineligible for other nursing programs, making my ability to enter a nursing program, even harder in California. Any advice would be greatly appreciate it.
