I am currently preparing for the NCLEX using Hurst. I feel that it might not be sufficient because it does not cover every condition, procedure, etc. So my question is, should I use Saunders as my back up or the HESI Comprehensive Review book? HESI does not have everything that Saunders has for content (example: pheochromocytoma). I am overwhelmed by going back and forth between the two! Any suggestions are welcome.

I would highly suggest using more than one source or study guide when preparing for the NCLEX. I used Saunders, Hurst, NCLEX 4000, Lacharity PDA, Davis NCLEX review, and numerous other questions i found using google.
Thanks for the response. I am also using Lacharity PDA and NCLEX 3500 for questions. Did you use Saunders to go over more of the content or to just answer the questions?

I used Saunders to go over the content since is very detailed. Saunders is near complete in content compared to other books. Their questions are great source of content and application also.
