Hey everybody. I just saw I received an email from SMC on Sep. 21st to take the NLN-PAX next month! Since there doesn't seem to be a thread for this prospective cohort yet, I thought I'd start one now for us to share info on the application process.

so was I haha. It's not terrible. just keep a eye on your time for sure. you will do great! especially if you used the non pax study guides.

yeah I've been studying and practicing with NLN RN pre entrance exam book and the nln practice exam online! 

trying my best to relax now:)

Hi ! Do you guys know when SMC will respond to us if we got accepted into the program :)

Possibly next week.  Based off previous year cohorts, they took the test on the same dates we did and got letters on nov 1, so a week later.

I am not sure! but I was in the last group to take the exam today in the afternoon! I got 146 points total.. 1 point away from 147..:( but Im happy with what I got.

That's great, Congrats! Now we wait. Not sure what the point cut off will be but it depends on how many points everyone has going in. Can't wait to find out.

Congrats !That's good ! I got a 124 :) the anxiety is killing me LOL!

fingers crossed everyone! at congrats to all of us who took the exam and who made it this far!! it was not an easy journey...
