Hi, I’m also applying to all of those programs. I did some digging because I’m also curious where these programs do clinicals lol. This is what I know so far...
Palomar: Palomar Medical Center, Tri-City Medical Center, Scripps Encinitas, Scripps Green, and Kaiser (got this info from last year’s Grossmont, Mira Costa, Palomar applicants [allnurses Topic]... seemed like the person who posted that has knowledge on Palomar’s program... probably works or is a students there (used the word “we”)?
For SWC and SDCC, I was watching YouTube videos of students posting their memories. I saw SWC (2016) had clinicals at Naval Medical Center and a Scripps site. SDCC (2018) had a picture at a Kaiser site. Who knows if they still do clinicals there, though...

Thanks for the info on clinical sites. Do you know where Grossmont students rotate to? Are any of these hospitals quaternary or tiertiery? Trauma Centers? I know Tri City is well known for wound care.
This is from Grossmont’s actual website:
Kaiser Zion
Kaiser Travelodge
Kaiser Otay Mesa
UCSD Medical Center
Rady’s Childrens Hospital
Core Orthopaedic Medical Center

I'm planning to apply to following ADN programs: Grossmont, Palomar, SD City, Southwestern and Mira Costa. Can anyone tell me where any of these programs send their students for clinical rotations? Which hospitals in San Diego will we practice at?
