San Antonio New Grad LVN

Hi I was just wondering if any of you knew which hospital is most new grad friendly. I don't want to go the LTC route, but most of the positions I have looked up in the hospitals say that experience is required. The only experience I have are clinical rotations. I'd be really appreciative if any of you have any info for me.

My friend just graduated from an LVN program and got hired at Northeast Baptist Hospital. She works in med/surg. I haven't talked to her since she started, so I'm not sure how it's going for her over there.

Thank you for the info :) All of their requirements for their jobs say that one year experience is required. Maybe I can just apply anyway and see what happens. Thanks again!

There's no harm in trying. My friend had no experience at all. She worked in a legal office before she went to nursing school. Good Luck!
