Hi everyone! I wanted to go ahead and start a forum for the SMU ELMSN Spring 2026 applicants! I am applying for the FNP portion in Sac and received an email that the preliminary review of my application is completed. If anyone else is also applying to this cohort, please feel free to reply with your thoughts! Good luck to everyone!

When did you receive that email? I'm so nervous for the results

I applied to the CM program and have not received an email like that. I did receive one that the my application was received but that was it so far.

Hey everyone! I was accepted into the 2025 cohort, but I deferred my enrollment for Spring 2026. I received login credentials to the admitted student portal the first week of October. The acceptance email was received after a host of other emails.

That's awesome, congratulations! When did you hear back for an interview? I had submitted my application before the July deadline but, now saw the deadline has been extended to December 1st!

Thank you! I doubled-checked my emails. I received the invitation to interview 9/13. The interview was 10/2, and I began receiving login credentials 10/10, and the admitted email 10/11. My apologies, my timeline was slightly off.

@pre-nursing2025 I also applied to the ABSN program which also moved their deadline to late this year. I was told that those of us who applied in July should still hear back by late Sept. I expect the same will happen here.

Gotcha, thank you! That helps with the anxiety a little bit, I was getting worried that its been so long!!

I hope so! I submitted my application in May 2025, so waiting till December to hear back was making me anxious!

I received that email a couple weeks after the deadline, but nothing since.

I have not received anything :( but, seems like ABSN applicant received acceptance emails yesterday so hopefully we hear back soon too!
