Salary Hospice FT On-Call

Hello nursing family! My hospice organization is having difficulty with my pay stating I am paid too much. I'd like to get your opinions and comparisons. I have been a RN for 25 years with experience in Nsg Mgmt, Oncology, ER, and Family Practice. I have been working for Hospice FT On-Call nurse for the last 16 yrs (in conjunction with some jobs previously listed). My shift is 5 nocs a week 5p-8:30a. Census generally runs 30-50 and coverage spans over a 5 rural counties. I currently make $12.20/hr on-call and $47.82 when I make a visit. I have to continue on-call but am not paid for it. No noc diff for visits. What do you think?
