Sadness, after finishing 3/4's of 2 year Assoc.in Nursing, missed. by 3 points

Hello There, I am so glad I found this website. I am unhappy as a result of not passing my OB/Maternal Child Rotation by 3 points. I had been traveling across the state of Massachusetts in pursuit of my dream. I have a family to take care of and had a two-hour commute literally across the state (84 miles). And it is quite depressing, I don't want to talk ill of the school, but I feel they did not support me at all, as well as other international students. Now I am considering finishing my schooling on-line, and was considering Excelsior, and was wondering if anyone could offer me any help on this, maybe a link to a study group,etc. Anything.
