RVU Pay Info. for FNP???

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with RVU pay? I have found a tremendous amount of information on hourly and annual pay but can't seem to find any RVU pay information for a FNP. I'm a new grad. and I'm trying to weigh my options. If anyone is familiar with the RVU pay method, I would love to have an example of RVUs expected monthly and the pay per RVU. I know there are many other aspects to a compensation package but I can compare all of the other aspects, just can't find any information that compares the RVU scale.
