Rutgers 2nd degree BSN program

Hi - I have a BA and am going to apply to the Rutgers 2nd degree (traditional) program for my BSN. I'm finding it really hard to get much information from Rutgers, so I'm hoping maybe someone who attends there or has in the past can help me with a couple of questions.

First, I'm wondering what the course schedule is like for the traditional (non-accelerated) 2nd degree BSN program. Is it like a 9-5 type of schedule, or more part-time? Does it vary a lot by semester?

Second, is it difficult to test out of Trends in Healthcare Delivery & Cultural Dimensions of Humans and Their Environment? I'm trying to make as many of the prereqs as possible at a local community college before applying to the program, but I can't find those two classes offered anywhere.
