Hello, I'm applying to humber for fall and have to do the test, did anyone here did it and can you please help me with what specifically to study for in the science section of the book.

I know this reply is extremely late but maybe it'll help someone else who is looking for advice. The book I used was called Health Occupational Entrance Exam (2013) - there is a newer version but I found this sufficient.

The test isn't too bad.

30 questions on Biology (some bone questions, ATP etc)

30 questions on Chemistry (grade 9 stuff - what is a solution) NO MATH ON Chemistry.

41 questions on Math (adding, subtracting, conversions, decimal points)

Written essay; this consisted of writing 300-600 word multi-paragraph. They give you a topic and you just state your opinion with examples.

I did the online option for the test - you are on webcam with a person!

I got my results back fairly quick - I did the test on a Saturday and got my offers of admission the following Tuesday.

Congratulations on your acceptance that's awesome! Did you take this test as a mature student instead of upgrading high school credits? The link doesn't work anymore do you happen to have another one?

Hi guys - can anyone give me anymore insight on the HOAE test? How long after applying did you have to write/book the test?

And what material should I know for Chemistry/biology. I have no science background and am SO nervous to write it. I just applied today. I've already purchased the study book they recommend.
