Roxborough RN-BSN with Penn State Abington

Hello all!

Has anyone attended Roxborough Memorial Hospital's school of Nursing and taken advantage of their agreement with Penn state Abington for their BSN?

I'm just wondering if it's really only another 6 months after Roxborough to get your BSN and how the semesters look in terms of number of classes per semester, are summers included?

@IamNurseNiccia Penn State Abington offers select RN to BSN courses on location at Roxborough School of Nursing during summers so students there can get a jumpstart into Penn State Abington's RN to BSN program. By taking advantage of this, Roxborough students earn their nursing diploma while also having taken Penn State BSN courses. So, when they graduate nursing school, they are well positioned to finish the RN to B.S.N. at Penn State Abington in little time. Transfer credits plus additional credits earned for the nursing license are applied to Penn State Abington to allow for a strong start. (https://abington.psu.edu/rn)
