Hi looking for some advice please, 25 years of nursing experience last 17 as an RN have mostly worked CCU/ICU some ED recently moved to Henderson/Las Vegas area just wondering which facilities were best to work for if anyone had some input. I recently finished up travel contract (Covid) which was my first but Im open to all suggestions. Thanks
