RN residency UW medicine

I have been looking into the ICU RN residency at UW medicine. Does any one have any reviews, thoughts, comments, on what it is like? I am from out of state and I am interested as to how well they prepare their new grads, specifically into the CT ICU

I know someone who worked there right after school and absolutely loved it! It's a great hospital with an exceptional new grad program. I do know that they like to hire internally first so it may be more difficult to get a job there being out of state.
