what is your RN-pt and CNA-pt ratio?

Hi, I have been felt like my hospital has been very short staff since COVID.

I just wanted to know how other hospitals are handling it.

Let me go first.

Med-Surg

RN:1 to 6 (charge nurse gets 6 patients as well)

CNA:1 to 36
