RN pay in Florida

I am a LDRP RN with 2 years experience in Arizona. My husband is a Marine and we are being relocated to Pensacola in a year. I started searching for RN positions there and my jaw is on the floor after looking at the hourly rates. Some were 22/hr. Is this an accurate rate?. If true, I will take almost a 10 dollar an hour pay cut and the cost of living is higher there!! Yikes! Can any Florida nurses help me out here with what to expect salary and work wise. I'm hoping to stay with LDRP. I'm currently Postpartum and Labor trained. I'm hoping to also be Triage trained by the time we relocate. I also have float experience in NICU and Peds. Thanks in advance for your help.
