RN-MSN Can you finish the BSN part and leave?

I was wondering, since this RN-MSN program gives you both a BSN and an MSN, has anyone finished the BSN portion and decided not to continue? Do you actually receive a BSN diploma?

Not planning on doing that but if life gets in the way you never know
