My girl friend is interested in relocating from the west to the east coast. We are particularly interested in the Philladelphia, Delaware, DC, NY, NJ areas.

What are some of the nice hospitals with good working conditions in any of these areas?

What are the salary scales. She is an B. Sc (RN) with about 10 years of experience.

I work at a hospital in DC that pays new grads $24.84/hr plus differentials. According to the pay scale, it looks to me like someone with 10 year's experience would get around $31.27/hr. My hospital doesn't pay extra for a BSN/BScN
