Would you recommend University of ASpen RN to BSN program? Any important tips. I like the prerequisites system they have!

Hi ebonyprincess! Congrats on your decision to further your education! Our profession is growing and changing so much on what seems like a daily basis. I'm the program director for the RN-to-BSN program at Aspen University. Please feel free to email me at [email protected]. Our program is designed for the working nurse. That does not mean you can do the work in any 'spare time' you may have. It is a rigorous program. What that means is that you can directly connect your work to your classes. For example, several courses have projects or assignments where you can choose your own topic. We recommend that you select a topic relevant to your practice. For example, if you are involved in a practice council, select a problem you are currently already investigating. Also, there are many assignments that ask you to connect what you are learning to your practice, and at the end of each course you are asked to reflect on how what you learned in the course has or will impact your practice now and in the future.
