RN to BSN Online in Tennessee

Published

I'm just curious to hear some feedback about online RN to BSN programs. I graduate my with my Associate's in May 2018 and am trying to find a school to get the most bang for my buck while having proper accreditation. I'm in middle Tennessee, but since it's online I'm not so limited with programs. I may venture beyond my BSN later on, but would like to start on my BSN in Fall 2018 or Spring 2019 if possible. The program that I have been leaning towards is Tennessee Technological University's RN to BSN; However, would like to browse through some back-up options in the case I don't get accepted (due to the fact that they state they are highly competitive). Any input regarding Tech's program or any other would be great! I've also been told WGU has an affordable and work at your own pace style RN-BSN, but have heard that if you were to go higher than BSN, your GPA is max 3.0 after? I don't really understand why, but if anyone knows anything about that I would love to hear! Any feedback would be great, good or bad! Thank you in advance!
