RN-BSN 100% online, no clinicals AND no community project

We are stationed overseas and I have been looking for a while for an online program that can be done 100% online without clinicals and without community projects. 

I have found programs without clinicals but they still want the community project. 

What types of community project did you have to do? Just asking in case there aren't any programs available without these.
