RN-BSN GCU vs. ASU Tuition

Hi all! I am new to this site, but needed a couple of questions answered...

I am reading everywhere that most people are saying ASU's tuition for the online RN-BSN program is cheaper than that of Grand Canyon University's. However, an ASU advisor just informed me that ASU charges a $750 fee PER SEMESTER for their program, on top of tuition you are already paying. GCU charges a $400 one-time fee, and the advisor informed me that it is $1350 per class. Does anyone have any additional information on this, as I am very confused!
