Rma chances

3 years ago I accidentally forgot to waste a narcotic. I did not take it nor do I do any kind of drugs. I just completed my intake. What are the chances even tho I don't drink or do drugs that they will still make me do an RMA. My lawyer said they are in it for the money so could likely make me do one regardless. Any thoughts?
