I was looking at other post and it seems people weee getting emails about 3 weeks after they applied.

I applied for the ICU and labor and delivery and no luck.

So I had an interview for the ICU position last week and the manager mentioned they will be having a job fair and I will be hearing from them after they interview more candidates. But that was it
